Overview:

GoTourOnline (GTO) is the first browser based Tour Reservations and Passenger Management System designed specifically for the package tour requirements of the Motorcoach Industry. Being browser based means that there is no workstation setup or client updates required for the system and all that is needed is a Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or greater or Mozilla Compatible browser v1.7. Being browser based also means that the system can be accessed from anywhere by clients who subscribe to the hosted version of the system.

The GTO Reservations and Operation Module are built around two principal modules.

Reservations & Operations: Features include:

Manages Large Multi-Coach Tour Configurations.
Group and Retail Tour Management in the same system.
Export Passenger Data to standard label templates for bag tags, mail labels etc.
Operations reports, Rooming List, Boarding Lists, Customer Itinerary and Drivers Instructions.
Accounting Reports: Over 15 Reports to Manage the Accounts Receivable and Customer Cash Management, Group and individual passenger confirmations & receipts.
Group & Retail Tour Construction using a “whole language” approach to creating day by day tour itinerary using lists of components such as hotels, options, attractions etc.
Sophisticated options management where each option on a tour can have an inventory and a price.
Mix group and retail customers on the same tour.
Clone template tours for quick group tour construction.

Easy to use browser based user interface.


GTO Back Office: Features Include


Tour Price Calculator. Creates a suggest Tour Selling Price using fixed and variable Tour Cost Components.
Vendor Payable & Cash Management support.
Calendar Milestone Report for Deposits, Balances, Room Lists etc. Due.
